The following policy and procedures explain the organizational position of HAAC regarding specific issues and administrative duties.

New Membership Application
If you feel God has called you to join the HAAC family, please download and fill out this application form then submit it to any of the Pastoral staffs or the deacons at the lobby desk when you come to church. If you are a current member but there are changes in address, contact information, or family, you may use this form as well.
If there are changes of address, contact information, or family members, please download this membership renewal application, fill it out, mail it, or bring it to church and give it to one of the deacons at the front lobby desk.
Facility Rental Application / Policy
Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding facility services for members of the congregation and non-members. All persons must complete the facility rental agreement in order to reserve the facility for their event.
Compassion Fund Application / Policy
If you and your family have fallen on hard times and in need of a helping hand financially, please download and fill out this application to be considered. Only HAAC members are eligible for considerations.
