Membership Application / Renewal

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures of new/renewing members of the congregation.

Additionally, this form is used to notify the administration of any changes to membership information (such as address, phone number, or household) 

Constitution and By-laws

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding the Constitution and by-laws for members of the congregation.

Facility Rental Application / Policy

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding facility services for members of the congregation and non-members. All persons must complete the facility rental agreement in order to reserve the facility for their event.

Funeral

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding funeral services for members of the congregation.

Wedding Policy

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding funeral services for members of the congregation.

Compassion Fund Application / Policy

Pertains to the governance of HAAC policy and procedures regarding compassion fund for members of the congregation and non-members. All persons must complete the compassion fund application in order to request funds for their particular need.
